You will work closely with team leaders to grow corporate culture through team events, Professional Development Plans, training, and coaching. We are looking for an individual who has previously built and supported highly effective teams. An in-depth knowledge of Human Resource Compliance is essential for this position. Candidates must align with our Core Values, be eager to grow, have a passion for advanced manufacturing, an entrepreneurial spirit, and excel working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and execute HR Compliance plans and procedures
  • Develop Professional Development Plans for all team members
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
  • Develop and Coordinate team events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources or People Operations role, preferably for a manufacturer or related field
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
